A leak-proof rigid plastic liner sits inside the heavy-gauge fire-safe steel outer, keeping liquids contained and ensuring cleanliness in the surrounding area. The restraint mechanism restricts the lid from damaging walls during operation and the non-slip feet protect floors from scuffs while keeping the bin in place.
